Aurianne L. has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, focusing on provider relations, claims processing, and benefits administration. Currently, Aurianne serves as a Supervisor for Grievance and Appeals at Coordinated Care, managing claims liaison responsibilities and analyzing trends to improve processes. Previous roles include Benefit Oversight & Training Coordinator at QualChoice Health/Soundpath Health, where Aurianne ensured compliance with CMS regulations and developed training programs. Additional experience includes positions at Community Health Plan of Washington and Soundpath Health, where Aurianne acted as a liaison between providers and health plans, managed provider relations, and provided member services. Education was pursued at Green River College, enhancing expertise in health plan operations.
