Senior Liaison - Apple Health Core Connections at Coordinated Care

Jennifer Estroff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, government relations, and health care liaison roles. Since January 2016, Estroff has served as a Senior Liaison for the Apple Health Core Connections program at Coordinated Care, promoting collaboration among various state agencies and advocacy groups to enhance support for foster care members. Prior to this role, Estroff worked as a consultant for Bright Spring Strategy Consulting, managing projects for organizations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. With a strong background in legislative affairs and community health education, Estroff has held influential positions at Children's Alliance, Americans For Safe Access, and Planned Parenthood, among others. Estroff holds a BA in Humanities from Washington State University and has participated in multiple leadership development programs.
