Our mission to “transform the health of the community one person at a time” is central to how we serve our members and partners with high-quality healthcare coverage. We accomplish this through commitment to our core values: Whole Health. We believe in treating the whole person, not just the physical body. Our programs include behavioral health as well as physical wellness, so our members can access the personalized help they need to stay healthy. Focusing on the Individual. We believe treating people with kindness, respect and dignity empowers healthy decisions and that healthier individuals create more vibrant families and communities. We empower our members to build healthy habits that last a lifetime. Active Local Involvement. We believe local partnerships enable meaningful, accessible healthcare. Access to quality, nutritious food is a foundational part of health and wellness, and we prioritize investments in food security as a key social determinant of health in our state.
