Alexis Giambona

Alexis Giambona has extensive experience in the field of mental health and education, currently serving as a Chief Medical Officer at Coordinated Family Care since December 2015 and as a Community Educator/Case Manager at Ocean Mental Health Services, Inc. since January 2015. Additionally, Alexis has been a Certified Substitute Teacher with the K-12 Brick Township School District since May 2009. Previous roles include Youth Treatment Specialist at Vision Quest from June 2012 to April 2014 and Counselor at the Police Athletic League from March 2003 to June 2007. Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Georgian Court University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ocean County College.

Coordinated Family Care

Coordinated Family Care (CFC) is a private non-profit Care Management Organization funded by the NJ Department of Children and Families. We provide guidance, options, and assistance to Middlesex County families that care for youth who present with very high levels of behavioral and/or emotional needs. Care Management Organizations are an important part of a state-wide effort to improve New Jersey's coordination of care for youth and their families.
