John Dunn

John Dunn has diverse work experience spanning over several years. John worked as a Principal Global Automation Engineer at CoorsTek, Inc. from January 2020 until the present, and before that, they held the position of Senior Corporate Automation Engineer at the same company from October 2018 to January 2020. Prior to joining CoorsTek, Inc., they worked as an Engineering Consultant while conducting job searches for a permanent position. During this time, they worked on various contract engineering projects for companies such as VW, Tesla, and GKN. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Corporate Automation Director at Arclin Chemical, where they managed a team of automation technicians and implemented advanced automation techniques to improve processes and establish a single control system platform for the company. Before that, they were the President of Industrial Automation & Instrumentation of Tennessee, where they developed automation-focused systems integration and process improvement solutions. In 2002, they founded a composites manufacturing company called USUE and served as its founder and Chief Technology Officer. John also has experience working as an SCADA & Instrumentation Applications Engineer at CMI and as a Corporate Engineer at Quazite.
