Shelby Sheridan

Shelby Sheridan started their work experience in 2006 as a Bookkeeper at Lightource Creative Communications and then moved on to work as a Bookkeeper at Waterwise Land & Waterscapes, Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Shelby then joined Deloitte Tax, LLP as a Tax Senior from 2009 to 2011, where they worked on multi-state tax return preparation and review for large multinational corporations and flow through entities.

In 2011, Shelby joined PwC, where they held various roles over the years. Shelby started as a Senior Associate from 2011 to 2013, where they prepared and reviewed corporate and flow-through entity state tax returns. Shelby then became a Tax Manager from 2013 to 2017, managing client relationships and tax compliance and consulting engagements. During this time, they also supported firm initiatives through a rotation to India. From 2017 to 2019, Shelby served as a Tax Director at PwC, where they managed compliance processes for various clients and provided consulting services.

Currently, Shelby is working at CoorsTek, Inc. as a Tax Senior Manager since 2020, and is responsible for overseeing tax operations and providing strategic guidance. Shelby will soon transition into the position of Tax Director in 2024.

Shelby Sheridan obtained a Masters in Tax with a specialization in Accounting from Colorado State University between 2006 and 2009. In addition, they hold the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) issued by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
