Sean Gauldin

Sean Gauldin has extensive experience in the field of information technology, with a focus on the financial sector. Sean began their career at AOD Federal Credit Union, where they held various roles starting from Systems Administrator to Senior Systems Analyst. During this time, Sean was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Information Systems Department and ensuring the implementation and administration of information security measures. Sean also played a key role in coordinating information system projects and providing advanced level solutions, analysis, programming, and training. In 2015, they joined Coosa Valley Credit Union as the Director of Information Technology, later becoming the Vice President of Information Technology and then Chief Technology Officer.

Sean Gauldin attended Jacksonville State University from 1994 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Systems. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) from GIAC in May 2008, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) from (ISC)² in April 2008, Trusecure ISCA Certified Security Associate (TICSA) from TruSecure in August 2004, and Security+ from CompTIA in 2003. Sean also holds various certifications from Brainbench and has earned NIMS Certificates from FEMA.
