Meredith Rudd

Meredith Rudd is a seasoned professional in hospice care and patient services with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as a Senior Hospice Care Consultant at SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice since September 2017, Meredith excels in managing time-sensitive tasks, patient referrals, and coordination with clinical and provider staff. In addition, Meredith has been involved in patient care services at Coosa Valley Medical Center since April 2016, focusing on intake coordination and discharge planning. As a student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Meredith has studied various topics essential for health care management, including quality improvement and human resource management. Prior experience includes a role as a waitress and trainer at FarmLinks, where skills in training, customer interaction, and task management were developed. Meredith holds a Bachelor's of Science in Health Care Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has completed studies at Central Alabama Community College and Sylacauga High School.
