Carlos Heredia

Carlos Heredia has been in the tech industry since 1996. Carlos started their career at IDG Communications as a Designer. In 1998, they joined Telefónica SCR (Embrión de Terra Networks) (Grupo Telefónica) as a Project Manager. From 2001 to 2005, they worked at Terra Networks (Grupo Telefónica) in two roles: Wireless Product Manager and Product Manager. In 2005, they moved to Telefónica as Strategy General Management. Res. Business Development and Innovation and Head of New Business Area. From 2015 to 2021, they held the role of COO at Coowry LTD. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer & Partner at Brooktec, a development company helping Fintech and Startups with their web or mobile projects. Their role is to ensure the profitable growth of the company following the 2025 vision.

Carlos Heredia began their educational journey in 1993 at Complutense University, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in 1998. In 2000, Carlos attended University of California, Los Angeles, earning an Associate Research in Information Sciences Institute. Carlos then moved on to National University of Distance Education (UNED), where they earned a Degree in Sociology from 2001 to 2006. Finally, Carlos attended CESMA Business School (MBA), graduating with honors in 2007 with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship.
