Jaime Esquivel

Jaime Esquivel is an experienced Operational Intelligence Analyst at Copa Airlines since September 2022, responsible for generating reports for top management, coordinating team initiatives, enhancing fuel efficiency, processing operational data, and researching CO2 emission reduction strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Process Auditor & Project Manager at Norbot Group Corp, where Jaime conducted operational reporting, data analysis, process optimization, and software implementation. Additionally, Jaime held the position of Partnership Development Manager and contributed to the sales team at AIESEC, managing relationships with major brands and overseeing the sales process. Earlier work included mechanical-civil maintenance at Enel Green Power. Jaime Esquivel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, earned in 2020.
