Roberto Arosemena

Roberto Arosemena has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Director at Copa Airlines since November 2011. In this role, Roberto leads a team of 33 employees to deliver precise financial information supporting strategic decision-making. Prior experience includes positions as Financial Planning Senior Manager and Financial Planning Manager, where responsibilities included monthly and quarterly reporting, financial advisory, and capital budgeting for new projects. Earlier in the career, as a Pricing Senior Analyst, Roberto focused on implementing pricing strategies and revenue forecasting, while also enhancing customer service processes as a Customer Service Representative. Roberto holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Major in Marketing along with a Minor in Business Administration from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua.
