Jill Adams Saarnio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product growth, design, and customer experience across various leading technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Growth at Copado, Jill focuses on AI and testing products. Previously at Cisco, Jill held the role of Global Head of Inbound Product, leading a team to enhance the customer and partner experience throughout the lifecycle. During a decade at Salesforce, Jill progressed through several key positions, culminating as Global Head of Product Design for Automation & AI Platform, and played a pivotal role in transforming customer engagement through service design and UX practices. Early career experience includes managing digital experiences at BigMachines and leading consumer product initiatives at Visual Information Technologies, where Jill contributed to patented software development. Jill holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History and Human-Centered Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
