Larry McMillin

Larry McMillin worked as a Leasing Manager at Copaken-Brooks from February 2009 to February 2021. In this role, they were primarily responsible for leasing the DOWNTOWN UNDERGROUND facility and providing personal and professional storage options. Additionally, they served as a Senior Leasing Manager for Dean Realty from February 2009 to March 2019, specializing in leasing climate-controlled warehouses, office spaces, and offering Space on Demand solutions. Since March 2019, Larry has been working as a Leasing Vice President at Copaken Brooks, providing leasing and storage solutions with a focus on climate control and convenient highway access. Prior to these roles, Larry was a Real Estate Consultant and instructor and a real estate instructor at Career Education Systems. Larry also served as a Sr. VP at Interstate Warehouse from August 2001 to January 2009 and as a SR VP - Sales at Oppenheimer Industries from 1972 to 1990.

Larry McMillin completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Economics and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1966 and 1970. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 1970 to 1972, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Theory Finance.
