Jayson Adair

A. Jayson Adair has served as Copart's CEO since February 2010. Prior thereto, he held numerous positions at Copart, including that of President from November 1996 until February 2010 and Director from September 1992 until November 1996. Additionally, Mr. Adair was our Executive Vice President from April 1995 until October 1996, Vice President of Sales and Operations from August 1990 until April 1995, and Manager of Operations from June 1989 to August 1990.
