Gregory R. DePasquale

Greg DePasquale serves as Copart’s General Counsel and Secretary. With decades of legal and automotive industry experience, he leads Copart’s global legal department and advises the company on a wide range of legal and business issues. Prior to his appointment as General Counsel in 2016, DePasquale held positions including Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the Santa Clara University School of Law and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego.
