Kevin Vuong

Kevin Vuong is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in information security and network engineering. Currently serving as a Member of the Information Security Leadership Foundation since August 2024, Kevin has held multiple senior roles at Copart since June 2016, including Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Information Security, overseeing various teams in Network, Systems, and Database Engineering. Kevin's previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Venyu, where responsibilities included managing network engineers and implementing ITIL frameworks, as well as roles at Cox Communications and EATEL, Inc., focusing on data engineering and systems administration. Kevin holds a degree from Louisiana State University and is proficient in FreeBSD, Solaris, Perl, and Cisco technologies.
