Andre Frommer

Andre Frommer has extensive experience in procurement and consulting, serving as Director at COPC since January 1999, where contributions include the development of an Indirect Procurement Standard in 2017, overseen by a Steering Committee of Procurement executives. Frommer has also held a consultant role at Customer Operations Performance Center Inc. since 1999. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen's University, obtained between 1971 and 1973, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from McGill University, completed from 1965 to 1969.
