Edina Vukic has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Edina began their career in 1995 as a Patient Service Representative at Montefiore Medical Group. Edina then went on to hold various roles at The Care Management Company, including Contract Manager, Provider Relations Liaison, and Utilization Management Support Analyst. In 2008, they joined Health Net of the Northeast LLC as Ancillary Manager and Contract Manager. In 2011, they became the Director of Provider Relations at Fidelis Care NY. In 2012, they were recruited by Healthfirst as the Director of Physician Relations, where they managed provider partnerships and initiatives. In 2015, they joined Affinity Health Plan as Senior Vice President of Market Operations and Provider Strategies, and Vice President of Sales & Community Engagement & Executive Director of Primary Care/AVP, Network Development & Contracting. In 2018, they were hired by EmblemHealth as Vice President of Network Management and Population Health/AVP Network Management & Population Health. In 2021, they joined COPE Health Solutions as a Principal and Senior Vice President. Most recently, in 2022, Edina was invited to join Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there.
Edina Vukic received their Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College in 2001 and their Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College in 1996. Edina is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Healthfirst.
