Mamen Hidalgo

Mamen Hidalgo is an accomplished sports journalist and content creator with a strong focus on gender perspectives in sports. Currently, Mamen serves as the author of 'Compartiendo la gloria' and works with Newtral as a sports journalist and screenwriter for 'Un Sueño Real'. Mamen has contributed as a commentator for women's football events, including the Euro 2022 and the 2023 World Cup, for Cadena COPE. Additionally, Mamen held the role of Content Manager for FIFA during the Women's World Cup 2023. Mamen has also been a Master Instructor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, teaching about gender roles in sports and journalism. With a journalism degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Mamen brings extensive experience from various media outlets, including eldiario.es and Panenka Magazine.
