Our focus is to treat clients as individuals. Working together to identify needs and priorities we support clients to manage the impact of work on health, wellbeing, productivity and engagement. We also look at the reverse – how absence and ill health and poor motivation impact on an employee’s work and the organisation as a whole.

- our multi-functional, on-line portal with access to advice, information and support for employees, line managers and HR/SHE colleagues.
- apps to support work flow including on-line referrals, fitness for work and health surveillance assessments, new starter health  assessments.
- our unique occupational health database (COHAD) which tracks health and absence, KPIs, and, backed up by sound data supports our clients’ health risk management strategies and health promotion activity.
