Baljeet Singh Bal

Baljeet Singh Bal is an experienced professional in the renewable energy and industrial refrigeration sectors. Currently serving as the International Business Development Manager at COPELAND since June 2022, Baljeet leads business development initiatives across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on renewable energy and industrial decarbonization solutions. Prior to this role, Baljeet held multiple positions at Emerson from 2011 to 2022, including Sales Manager for the End User Business and Product Manager for Gas Compression, driving significant market share growth and product strategy. Baljeet also contributed expertise as an Application Engineer and gained project management experience at Johnson Controls and Frick India Ltd., where large-scale refrigeration systems were executed. Baljeet holds an MBA in Strategic Consulting from the University of Strathclyde and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marathwada Institute of Technology.
