Nachelle Smith is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in both cooking and entrepreneurship. Currently a Line Cook at Copeland's of New Orleans - Atlanta since July 2018, Nachelle also runs Sweet Chelle's, a dessert catering business established in 2013 that specializes in a diverse array of baked goods and sweets for various events. Prior experience includes working as a Line Cook at Red Lobster from March 2017 to May 2018, contributing to the preparation of menu items while maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Additionally, Nachelle served as a Teaching Assistant at Central City Head Start from September 2015 to September 2016. Nachelle holds an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Baker College of Muskegon and an Associate of Science in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Delgado Community College.
