Anja Lawson

Anja Lawson has over 20 years of experience in HR roles. Anja started their career as an HR consultant at Advice A/S in 2000 and later worked as a Project Manager at Teknisk Landsforbund. In 2007, they became an HR Manager at HHM A/S before transitioning to the role of Recruitment Manager at CPH (Copenhagen Airport) in 2008. Since 2011, Anja has worked as the Lead HR Business Partner at Copenhagen Airports A/S, where they are responsible for various HR functions such as leadership coaching, talent management, and recruitment.
