Gitte Nørgaard

Gitte Nørgaard has a range of work experience in HR roles. Gitte has worked as the Lead HR Business Partner at Copenhagen Airports A/S since 2015. Prior to that, they were a Senior HR Business Partner at Microsoft Denmark from 2013 to 2014. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at Dako, where they were responsible for various aspects of global human resources. In 2008, they held a role as the Global People & Organisation Manager at Novozymes. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an International HR Manager/HR Consultant at Carlsberg IT A/S.

Gitte Nørgaard completed their M.Sc. in Human Resource Management at Copenhagen Business School from 1999 to 2001. Gitte also has additional certifications in Belbin, Mercer IPE 3.1, PI/PLI accreditation, Prosci Change Management Certification - ADKAR, and SHL: OPQ 3.2, MQ, Ability tests & 360 Evaluation.
