Kristian Paugan

Kristian Paugan is an experienced security operations professional currently serving as Senior Manager and Head of Security Operation & Development at Copenhagen Airports A/S since April 2018. Additionally, Kristian holds the position of Senior Advisor at Guardian Security Risk Management since 2018. Previously, Kristian worked at the Danish Army Intelligence Centre as Associate Manager, overseeing 30 specialized employees, and held managerial roles at the Danish Army Sergeant School, including Course Manager for 80 candidates and Platoon Leader, training prospective officers. Kristian's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Security and Law from Syddansk Universitet and a Bachelor's degree in Military and Strategic Leadership, alongside completion of Captain School at the Danish Army Military Academy.
