Tove Hejbøl Lindquist

Tove Hejbøl Lindquist has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tove Hejbøl started their career as a Graduate at Grundfos, where they developed a Talent Management Programme and led process improvement projects. Tove Hejbøl then worked at Brdr. Hartmann A/S as a Business Analyst, implementing data warehouse and forecasting systems across European units and driving improvement projects in production units. Lindquist later joined Nykredit, where they served as a Project Manager, leading operation strategy development, project management, and business analysis. Tove Hejbøl then became the Head of Business Development Department and subsequently the First Vice President. After Nykredit, Lindquist worked at PFA Pension as an Area Manager for Process and Quality. Currently, they are employed at Copenhagen Airports A/S, where they have held multiple roles, including Process Excellence Director, PEX/Data & Digital Director, and Data, Process, and Digital Transformation Director. Their responsibilities in these roles include developing and executing strategies for digital transformation and data-driven airports, implementing process automation, and utilizing data across the organization to create value for the business, partners, and customers.

Tove Hejbøl Lindquist obtained a Cand Merc degree in Styring og Ledelse from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed an HA degree at the same university from 1995 to 1998. In 1992, Tove Hejbøl Lindquist attended Svendborg Handelsskole and earned an HH degree.
