Frans Bevort

Frans Bévort is an accomplished academic and HRD professional with extensive experience in higher education and human resource development. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School since 1997, Bévort has also held various roles including Assistant Professor and External Lecturer, overseeing the HR and Management development specialization. As the owner of Bevort Competence, providing HRD services to leading Danish industries, Bévort has been active in professional networks such as Integral Human Change and Cope Consulting. Previous positions include Research Assistant at the University of Southern Denmark, HRD Manager at PFA Pension, and Competence Development Manager at Radiometer Medical and Danaher.
