Mark Payne

Mark Payne is an experienced finance professional and educator, currently serving as a Board Member at INSCALE since January 2024 and providing CFO services through CFOservices.dk since 2008. Payne has extensive expertise in preparing for IPOs and M&A transactions, enhancing internal controls, and implementing accounting systems. In academia, Payne lectures in Financial Accounting at Copenhagen Business School and on the Executive MBA Program at BMI Executive Institute, with a visiting professor role at Esade from September 2022 to June 2023. Previous positions include CFO of SEB Denmark and Chief Financial Officer of SEB's Baltic Division. Mark Payne holds a Master's degree in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and has a diploma from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
