Mette Sejersen

Mette Sejersen is an experienced communications consultant specializing in management communication, employee motivation, and strategic messaging. Currently a consultant at Pluss Leadership since January 2022, Mette has also worked as a freelance communications consultant since October 2019, developing strategies for internal communication during organizational changes and enhancing employee engagement. Mette serves as an external lecturer in management communication at Copenhagen Business School and previously taught written rhetoric at the University of Aarhus. Other notable roles include Head of Marketing and Communication at Livsglæder.nu and HR & Communications Consultant for Svane Pleje. Mette holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric from the University of Copenhagen and has gained experience in various teaching and content production roles throughout a diverse career.
