Nikolaj Lubanski

Nikolaj Lubanski is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Copenhagen Capacity since February 2013. Prior to this, Nikolaj held various leadership positions at Professionshøjskolen Metropol, Danmarks Forvaltningshøjskole, and Gurre Gruppen. Nikolaj also worked as an EU Rådgiver at DI - Dansk Industri and as a Forskningsadjunkt at the University of Copenhagen. Nikolaj holds a PhD in Sociologi from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, as well as a Master of Arts in Kultursociologi and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
