Xavier Klaeyle is a seasoned energy professional with extensive experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS) and power trading. Currently serving as a Director at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Xavier previously held the role of Vice President at both Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Co., where involvement included leading the first European BESS project, and the Green Investment Group, focusing on European battery storage investments. Prior experience includes a Senior Sales Engineer position at Tesla, specializing in large-scale storage projects and market analysis in EMEA, and a trading role at EDF Trading, where foundational work was done in power and gas trading and desk optimization. Xavier holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from INSA Lyon.
