Thor Svanholm Gustavfson

Thor Svanholm Gustavfson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in futures studies, mental health advocacy, and organizational innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Project Lead at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies since August 2019, Thor has also taken on significant roles such as Project Lead for Teach the Future, focusing on integrating futures studies into Danish education. In addition, Thor contributes to mental health initiatives as a member of the advisory board for the Next in Mind program under Reach for Change. Previous consultancy work was conducted at FG CONSULT, along with retention services at HK Danmark. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Techno-Anthropology from Aalborg University, complemented by studies in Global Urban Studies at the University of Copenhagen.
