Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. As a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, Mariana provided expert dietary advice. Furthermore, experience as a University Professor was gained while teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
