Dallas Pugh

Dallas Pugh is an experienced professional in environmental planning and permitting with a robust background in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Permitting at Copia Power since May 2023, Dallas has held significant roles at The AES Corporation from January 2021 to May 2023, including Director of Permitting and Real Estate, Senior Permitting Manager for the Western U.S. Team, and Permitting Manager at AES Clean Energy. Previous positions include Permitting Project Manager at sPower, Land Use Environmental Planner III & Biologist for the County of San Diego, and Senior Biologist at AECOM. Dallas began the career as a Biologist with prominent firms such as ICF International and URS Corporation. Educationally, Dallas earned a Bachelor of Science degree along with a minor in Marine Biology, Zoology, and Chemistry from California State University, Long Beach.
