Ram Hernandez

Ram Hernandez is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Copia Power since August 2022. Previously, Ram held multiple leadership roles at Birch Infrastructure, PBLLC, including Managing Director and Senior Director of Corporate Finance and Treasury, from June 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience at Intel Corporation spanned nearly a decade, during which Ram progressed through several key positions in finance, including Cost and Inventory Accounting Controller and M&A Accounting Integration Manager. Early career experience includes roles at Novellus Systems, PwC, and KinderCare Education. Ram holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Portland.
