Carlos E. Lopez

Carlos E. Lopez is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and capital advisory. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance for the Americas at ING since April 2015, Carlos Lopez has been instrumental in establishing the Capital Structuring & Advisory value proposition for the organization. Prior to their role at ING, Carlos Lopez held several key positions at Lloyds Banking Group from June 2006 to November 2014, including Director of Consumer & Healthcare, where responsibilities spanned global sector strategy, advising clients at the executive level, and leading transaction teams. Carlos Lopez began their career at Lloyds TSB Bank as Assistant Vice President, focusing on capital markets and trade finance in the consumer industries sector. Academically, Carlos Lopez holds an MBA in Investment Banking from the London School of Business and Finance, as well as degrees in Investment Banking from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Longwood University.
