Shauna Stelzer

Shauna Stelzer is an accomplished professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Copia since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shauna held various positions at Profile by Sanford, including Regional Director Of Operations and Operations Manager, from November 2020 to August 2023. Shauna also gained valuable experience as a Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness from December 2016 to July 2021 and as a Wellness Assistant at Mirabella Portland for a year. Additionally, Shauna owned and directed Shauna's Crash Fitness, a Zumba Fitness Studio, from June 2012 to June 2015. Shauna holds a Master's degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Eastern Washington University.
