Aj Ruiz

AJ Ruiz has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. They started their career at Saint Agnes Medical Center in 2011 as a Learning Systems Administrator and later became the Manager of Organizational Development in the Human Resources department. AJ worked at Saint Agnes Medical Center until 2020.

In 2020, AJ joined Mindstrong as a Senior People Business Partner and quickly progressed to the role of Head of People. They held this position until 2022 when they transitioned to the role of VP People.

Currently, AJ is working at CopilotIQ as VP People, a position they began in 2023.

AJ Ruiz has an education history that includes a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from California State University, Fresno.
