Mark MacDonald

Mark MacDonald is the current Head of People at Luxury Presence. Mark has also previously worked as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Thuzio, Julius Influencer Marketing Platform, and Monday People. Mark also has experience as a professional basketball player, having played for the NBA Development League.

MacDonald has extensive experience in building and running research teams. Mark was responsible for maintaining data integrity of influencer stats on Julius's platform. Mark also implemented processes that leveraged an outsourcing firm to create 50,000 influencer profiles and capture millions of data points.

Under MacDonald's leadership, Julius Sales saw year-end run rate growth of +174%, subscriber growth +112%, average contract value by +394%, and monthly churn rate by -86%. Mark also provided interview and resume review support to HR, resulting in the hiring of four executives.

MacDonald spearheaded the effort to provide a comprehensive influencer marketing industry report with a heavy focus on competitive analysis of 20+ potential competitors.

Mark MacDonald graduated from Lexington High School and then went on to study political science at Brown University, where they earned their B.A.
