Noah Backer has nearly 10 years of work experience. In 2008, they co-founded and co-operated Green and Clean Property Care, a successful property care company with clients in over five different towns. In 2013, they co-founded and co-operated Maine Ultimate Summer Camp, where they increased enrollment by 250% with a waitlist of 50 campers. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Supply Chain Management Intern and Supply Chain Co-Op at Johnson & Johnson and L.L.Bean respectively. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at EverQuote as a Senior Quantitative Analyst and Quantitative Analyst and at CarGurus as a Product Data Analyst. In 2020, they were a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Knox Financial and Founder at TrainForUltimate.com. Currently, they are a Senior Product Manager - Growth at CoPilot.

Noah Backer attended the University of Michigan from 2012 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Cape Elizabeth High School from 2008 to 2012.
