Xavier le Faucheur

Xavier Le Faucheur currently serves as Vice President of the Portfolio Growth Group at Copley Equity Partners LLC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Xavier was the Head of Corporate Strategy for North America at Diageo from October 2021 to September 2023. Xavier built and led GLG Strategic Projects for Private Equity in North America and EMEA while working at GLG from July 2014 to October 2021. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where the focus was on growth strategy and operational transformations, as well as roles as a PhD Researcher at Georgia Institute of Technology, where research encompassed medical imaging and bioinformatics, and a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company. Xavier holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering, an MS in Industrial Engineering, and additional degrees in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and CentraleSupélec.
