Anne Simon has had a successful career spanning over 25 years. Anne began their career in 1986 as a Captain in the U.S. Army, where they were responsible for directing operations for 125 personnel operating 60 tractor trucks and 60 5,000 gallon bulk fuel tankers involved in line-haul petroleum distribution operations. In 1995, Anne moved to Jordan Health Services as the Operations Manager, where they were directly accountable to the Board of Directors and directed finance, IT and human resource functions for 3,500 personnel. In 1997, Anne joined BrightStar Consulting as the Practice Manager, and in 2000 they moved to Deloitte Consulting as a Manager. From 2005 to 2010, Anne worked at US Foodservice as a Program Manager, where they initiated and led a multi-year Sales process, system re-design and re-alignment effort driven by 8 sale initiatives. In 2010, Anne moved to Dean Foods as the Director of Fresh Dairy Direct PMO, where they established and led the program management office (PMO) for the $12 billion Fresh Dairy Direct business division. Finally, in 2011 Anne joined TIMR Consulting as a Program & Project Management Consultant, where they managed over 11 projects at US Foods in support of Logistics & Supply Chain business goals. Currently, Anne is a Project Manager at Coppei since 2022.

Anne Simon completed their high school education at Emma Willard School in 1980-1982. Anne then attended the University of Virginia from 1982-1986, where they earned a BA in International Relations. In 1992-1994, they earned their MBA in Management from Golden Gate University.
