Karin Plastina

Karin Plastina has a long history of work experience in the recruitment and onboarding field. Karin began their career in 1989 at Microsoft as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2004, they moved to a Program Manager role for the Gregoire Fellows Program and also took on the role of Senior Recruiter for Microsoft's Legal Intern Program. In 2010, they became a Program Manager Consultant for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. In 2014, they joined Coppei as a Program Manager for their New Hire Coaching Program. In 2015, they became a Recruiting Consultant for Snowflake Computing. Finally, in 2018 they joined Pivotal Ventures as a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist.

Karin Plastina received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Oregon.
