Sara Venn, MBA, PMP

Sara Venn, MBA, PMP has a wealth of experience in various roles and industries. Sara began their career in 2003 as an Engineering Intern at the US Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC). In 2004, they joined Edwards Lifesciences as a Technical Product Manager, Senior Project Manager, and TDP/Medical Device Engineer. In 2007, they became a Program Manager at Brunswick Boat Group, and in 2009 they joined T-Mobile as a Sr Program Manager, Operations & Planning and Sr Product Operations Manager, Marketing. In 2015, they served as a Consultant, Business Strategy (EMBA) at AAR CORP. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Kaiser Permanente in roles such as Director, Innovation & Business Development and Executive Consultant | Chief of Staff for Portfolio Management and Strategic Execution. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Consultant at Coppei.

Sara Venn holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, completed in 2016. Sara also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Purdue University, obtained in 2004. Additionally, they are a Certified PMP from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2010, and a Certified SCUBA Diver from PADI.
