Lao Chhorng

Lao Chhorng is a seasoned business development and project management professional with extensive experience in the energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at CME - Copper Mountain Energy since January 2022, Lao previously held similar roles at Artelia Vietnam from January 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing projects from design through completion. Additional roles included Project Manager and Project Engineer, overseeing civil and architectural works. Lao's project management capabilities were further demonstrated in a brief tenure at I Design & Build Pte Ltd, successfully delivering two projects in three months. Early career experience includes a supervisory role at G-Holding Co., Ltd. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia and a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
