Grayson Redmond

Grayson Redmond is a seasoned professional in the outdoor and hospitality sectors, currently serving as a Ski Patrol at Copper Mountain Resort and as an Emergency Medical Technician with MOUNTAIN STATES EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES, LLC since November 2024. Previously, Grayson held several leadership roles with UnCruise Adventures Small Ship Cruising from April 2022 to November 2024, including Expedition Leader, where responsibilities encompassed managing logistics and training a team of Expedition Guides. Grayson also gained valuable experience at Bluegreen Vacations as Activities Supervisor, where participation and revenue tracking was implemented. Early career experiences include leading outdoor trips as a Trip Leader at Venture Out at Virginia Tech, interning in events management with Sports Backers, and working as a Sales Outfitter at Cabela's. Grayson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Virginia Tech in 2020.
