Scott Slagis

Scott Slagis is an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon currently employed at Copper Queen Community Hospital since July 2012. In addition to this role, Scott serves as the Owner of Compass Medical Management LLC, a company focused on establishing orthopedic co-management agreements between physicians and hospitals, and Compass Aviation LLC, which provides executive private air transportation utilizing TBM turboprop aircraft. From June 2007 to July 2021, Scott held the positions of Owner and Medical Director at TOI SLA LLC, and was a founding member and physician at Tucson Orthopaedic Institute, P.C. until July 2021. Scott's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and an Orthopaedic Surgery residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, complemented by earlier training in Internal Medicine at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Southern California.
