Michele Rambo currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Copper River Shared Services, overseeing the Accounting, Finance, Pricing, and Project Control functions for the Copper River Family of Companies. With extensive experience in financial leadership roles, Michele has previously held CFO positions at various organizations, including a portfolio of three government contracting firms with annual revenues ranging from $150M to $450M, and UICGS/Bowhead Family of Companies, where strategic leadership contributed to significant growth during a hyper-growth phase. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President of Finance at Serco, Chief Accounting Officer at DAI, Division CFO at Peraton, Corporate Controller at ENSCO, Inc., and Product Director at Deltek Systems. Michele Rambo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from The Catholic University of America and pursued graduate coursework in Computer and Information Sciences at George Mason University.
