Tisa Reuben Chama

Tisa is currently acting as the Chief Executive Officer of ZCCM-IH. He has over 30 years of experience in mine and business planning, mining projects, and mining operations in Zambia and Sub-Saharan Africa. He has held leadership and supervisory roles in mine production and mine planning in multi-national mining companies across Africa, including AngloGold Ashanti, Barrick Gold Corporation, S3 Zones, and Barrick Africa.

In his substantive role as ZCCM-IH Chief Technical Officer, Tisa is responsible for rendering technical support to the group including exploration, mining, and metallurgical studies. He manages and directs effective resource utilization and targets high-potential investment opportunities in partnership with the group's investment wing and key stakeholders.
