Nicolas Bergeron

Nicolas Bergeron is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer services and consulting across various regions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Services at IFS since March 2019, Nicolas leads global commercial and sales efforts, focusing on boosting the growth of the Global Customer Services division. Previous roles at IFS include Vice President of Customer Success for Southern, Western Europe, and Latin America, and Global Senior Director of Global Customer Services, where key achievements include significant revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction. Prior to IFS, Nicolas held leadership positions at Upchain and Software AG, excelling in building customer success organizations and managing consulting services.
